I can’t believe it either. You’re making yourself sound older than you actually are love.
I’m almost 22, Josh! I am a bit old…
I’m finally twenty. Thank god.
I can’t believe you’re twenty already. It seems I was just finishing high school yesterday..
Josh leaned up some when he felt Cole’s lips on his skin once again. His smile was a full on smile at this point as he nodded. “I think they’re special.” Josh rested the side of his head on cole’s. Everything about that moment felt perfect. The way it felt to hold cole again was a different story. There were mixed emotions of fear and joy, but above all Josh felt content. He needed Cole more than anyone knew, more than Cole knew. This feelings he was feeling was something Wallace had never given him, yet a feeling cole could only provide.
Josh carefully crawled ontop of Cole. His hands carefully placed at the older’s hips. Such contact Josh had not endured in months, it felt so good to have someone do this with him again. Josh bit his lip trying his best to keep the moans in that were wanting to escape. the blonde stretched his neck allowing the other more access to the unexposed flesh as he felt his body grow hot with pure excitement. “Take me Cole…” Josh whispered huskily his nails digging ever so slightly into cole’s skin.
Cole smiled and placed his hands onto Josh’s thighs as he crawled into his lap. Cole tilted his face up towards Josh’s and brushed their noses together. He placed his lips on the other male’s and kissed him softly at first. He let his lips memorize Josh’s again. Although Cole never forgot the texture and feel of Josh’s lips on his, the younger male had gotten a lot more experienced since the last time they did this. Moving one of his hands from Josh’s thigh, he placed it on the blonde’s neck, pulling him in closer, deepening the kiss. Cole ran his tongue along Josh’s bottom lip, begging for entrance into the other’s mouth. He ran his tongue along the boy’s newly straightened teeth and finally let it go into his mouth. Cole and Josh’s tongues wrestled for dominance and Cole found himself holding onto Josh’s thigh tighter and pulling him in closer.
Pulling back from the kiss, Cole’s lips found their way back down to Josh’s neck. Kissing and suckling at the spot right below his ear, Cole could feel the vibrations of Josh’s groans coming from his throat. The three words the boy spoke in response to Cole almost made him want to just take him right there. Cole smiled and put his hands at the hem of Josh’s shirt and pulled up quickly, wanting to feel the boy all around him again.
“That’s….so…wonderful.” Josh whispered in awe as he looked at the tattoo again. Josh always wondered what it would feel like to have one. He father had a bunch and his mother loved them. Seeing cole with tattoos gave Josh an odd attraction to the older male, well more than he did already. “Who would have thought such simply inking would hold so much,…life behind it.” the blonde mused as he curled up into Cole’s arms again, his fingers still brushing over the inked skin. He was in awe like a little kid watching their favorite TV show. He didn’t want to dare pull away from the black designs and cursive wording for even a second. It was too beautiful to even try.
Josh didn’t know reply to when the other said always, instead he nodded showing he fully understood. The entire thing felt almost overwhelming. It had felt like years since cole last touched him and oh, god how he missed it. How gentle he could be yet still have passion cursing through their entire touch. Pressing his forehead to Cole’s, Josh listened to the sound of their breathing, his breathing and swore it was the most beautiful sound on god’s green earth. Then he whispered those three words and suddenly the world didn’t seem so dark anymore, nor did he feel so alone. Because he had finally herd the words he’d been wanting to hear all this time. “I love you too.: Josh replied kissing cole back.
Cole smiled and kissed Josh’s forehead softly. “I don’t think they’re all that special, but thanks.” Cole said, tightening his grip on Josh’s body. He put his face into Josh’s neck and just sat there fora moment. He inhaled the familiar scent and just let the feeling of Josh in his arms take him away. The two of them were different. It was never awkward or weird. They just fit. From day one, Cole and Josh were meant to be together. They were meant to be something more.
Cole felt his heart leap at Josh’s reply. It had been so long since he was told those three words and he couldn’t of been happier. Cole pressed his lips to Josh’s and wrapped an arm around his waist, pulling the smaller male closer to him. Cole took his lips away from the blonde’s and let them travel down his cheek, along his jawline and to his neck, placing soft kisses as he went. Cole suckled on Josh’s neck softly and murmured a small “I need you,” into his neck in between kisses.
I had a math test today, I scored a 96 on it, so it wasn’t too bad. Other than that everything else was fine, besides Biology that always kills me. How was work?
You were always good at math — So that’s not surprising. Work was work. I just washed dishes and washed more dishes. I can’t wait until I’m done with school so I can stop working at that stupid restaurant.
But, babe. I’m not that tired, just exhausted from the day I suppose.
Oh, I understand. I feel like that a lot from work and stuff. Was school tough today?
Soon enough Joshua began to find himself grow calmer as he held onto Cole. Their heat beats and bodies intertwined so perfectly it almost scared Josh once the realization hit him. Somehow the older male was always able to make him feel safe in even the darkest of hours, and even thoughts. “Yeah…” the blonde said softly as he lifted his gaze form the inked skin to the beautiful brown orbs. Though Wallace had a few tattoos scattered across his tanned skin, Josh had never been too fond of them. Possibly because only a few of his boyfriends, er- ex boyfriend’s tattoos held little meaning. A few were random, but Coles? The arrows he felt like there was something there. “Why’d you get it?”
I’ve always been yours. The simplest of words just hit Josh like a ton of bricks. His hands desperately clung to the brunette as he felt his heart melt. Oh how he’s missed this — This feeling of affection and need. Of something wanting him and loving him. That feeling. Something he desperately wanted and now he had it again. “R-Really?” he stuttered out unable to process the thought of Cole always being ‘his’.
Josh wrapped his arms around Cole’s neck, closing the spare between them as he let out a soft whimper. He needed this, He needed Cole’s touch, his kiss, his scent consuming his lungs with each passing moment, with each breath he took. He needed Cole. Pulling away to catch his breath Josh let his finger tips brush against the other’s skin as he whispered. “I’ve always been yours too…”
Thinking about why he got his tattoos, Cole’s mind went blank. He had four tattoos and he was only sober when he got two of them. Furrowing his brows in though, Cole bit the inside of his cheek. “Well on this arm,” he said, pointing to the arm wrapped around Josh. “I have one that says, ‘Everything I want but nothing I’ll ever need’. I got that one at the beginning of school. I had everything I’d ever wanted, you know? I was away from my parents, living on my own, I had a bunch of friends. Those things weren’t what I needed, though. I needed things here at home. Roger, my bed and.. You.” A small smile formed on Cole’s face as he finished the explanation. “The arrows I got while I was drink one night.” He confessed, shrugging his shoulders. “I think I got them because I was feeling low and the arrows pointing up kept me motivated that there was nowhere left to go but up.” Cole said, squeezing Josh a little bit tighter to him. “The other two don’t really have too much meaning. I have ‘Time will tell…’ on the top of my wrist and then a feather on the inside of my arm.” Cole let out a soft laugh. “They’re all nothing too special.”
Cole nodded his head and smiled. “Yeah, Josh.” He sighed. “Always.” Cole wrapped his arms around Josh’s waist tighter and brought the other male closer to him, if that was possible. The feeling of having Josh’s lips back against his was something Cole didn’t think he would ever get used to. The feeling of his warm, rough hands on the back of his neck was electrifying to Cole. Breaking away from Josh, Cole listened to the words that came from his mouth carefully. Every syllable hit him in the gut. Josh has always been his. Always. Cole smiled at Josh and pressed his lips back to the blonde’s. Only breaking apart from him for a moment to whisper, “I love you” into his lips.
